Silex is a modern European Restaurant & Wine Bar in Zürich Wiedikon.
We cook food and serve wines whose origin we stand behind. Our wines come from artisanal producers who work with minimal intervention and farm their vineyards with respect for nature. Our food follows the same philosophy, we use produce, farmers and suppliers who work sustainably, organically, with integrity and transparency. Our regularly changing Menu is both available À la carte and as Tasting Menu.
