Amazing six course experience

Each different dish was completed with matching wines with full and pleasant flavours, the courses had an excellent variety in which all the tastes complemented each other, with a unique artistic look. Great atmosphere and very friendly, professional waiters/waitress's which provided outstanding service. Recommended to anyone visiting Grindelwald for the full experience. We will definitely be back again!

Die nette Bedienung erklärte detailliert jeweils die servierten Gänge in Englisch und Deutsch. Die Weine zu dein einzelnen Gängen wurden sorgfältig ausgewählt. Zum Schluss des Abends, kamen die beiden Chefs noch an unseren Tisch und beantworteten unsere Fragen zu den verschiedenen Techniken, welche Sie angewendet haben. Es bietet ein rustikales Ambiente, bei dem man sich vollkommen von den einzelnen Gängen verzaubern lassen kann. Für einen außergewöhnlichen Ausflug oder Urlaub im Grindelwald, darf man das Restaurant 1910 Gourmet by Hausers nicht verpassen.

Das Essen wie auch der Service waren hervorragend. Jede Speise und jeder Wein wurde von der Kellnerin erläutert, welche uns sehr aufmerksam durch den Abend begleitet hat. Wir können die Weinbegleitung sehr empfehlen! Nach dem Essen haben uns die beiden Köche nach unserer Rückmeldung gefragt und uns spannende Hintergrundinformationen zu den leckeren Gängen gegeben. Faszinierend, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail jeder einzelne Gang kreiert und umgesetzt wird. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

6,0 Justin Y. valutato il 14.07.22I can't say enough great things about 1910 Gourmet by Hausers. We love gourmet restaurant experiences, and have eaten at plenty at many Michelin starred restaurants. Not only was this experience better than many of those, and the creative approach certainly stands out from what has become predictable and monotonous from some of the top rated places. They deserve a visit from the tire factory soon.

One of the special things for me was the amazing Juice pairing, as someone who doesn't drink Alkohol it's a bit of a struggle to find something that replaces Wine without the los of Taste or lower the "quality" of the Dish with a soft Drink etc. , thumps up for the juice pairing. I will go there devinitive again.
