Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Charmant. Alle Gänge sind wunderschön zubereitet und geschmacklich eine Explosion.
Die Geschmacksnerven werden auf eine Reise zum Mond und zurück katapultiert. Trotzdem sind die Creationen in sich perfekt abgestimmt und werden mit Neutralisations-Häppchen aufeinander abgestimmt um jedes Menue für sich sprechen zu lassen. Perfekt !
Abbiamo avuto modo di fermarci a pranzo e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da quanto abbiamo gustato. Una ottima proposta per tutti i gusti ma, ancor più. una elevata qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati nella preparazione dei piatti che rende veramente notevoli anche le portate più “tradizionali”. Altrettanto accattivante la lista dei vini. Un ambiente tranquillo ed accogliente ed un servizio eccellente hanno accompagnato la nostra “sosta”.
