Thanks a lots for the warm welcome from all the staff, especially the owner Nikki, thank you for your great service. Thumbs up for the food... It was so delicious and went beyond our expectations! We had amazing experience and of course we will come back and tell to the peoples how great your food was made! Last but not least.... well done for all the team and more success to “The Roots" in the future!

Una degustazione molta raffinata, accompagnata da esaurienti spiegazioni sul contenuto delle singole portate. Apprezzata la possibilità di praticare una degustazione di diversi vini, abbinati ad ogni piatto.

6.0 Jialei Z. rates on 22.10.22Ich habe auf der Wintergarden einen wunderbaren Ausblick über Flüelen genossen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und aufmerksam und das Essen einfach fantastisch! Natürlich ist der Schweriz eine teure Land, deswegen war es nicht preisgünstig. Aber das zählt bei dem Ausblick und diesem tollen Essen auch nicht. Ich hatte Handselected Swiss Beef. Dieses Gericht werde ich in Deutschland nie wieder essen können, weil es einfach so fantastisch im The Roots war.

6.0 Alessio L. rates on 22.10.22Locale stupendo e accogliente che ci ha stupiti. Ci siamo andati per una cena di coppia e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dal locale al servizio. I piatti sono stati magnifici, gusti non troppo forti che vanno ad abbinarsi perfettamente, come la presentazione dei piatti, delicato e semplice e mai banale. Un posto che consiglio a tutti gli amanti del fusion che vogliono fare viaggi di sapori. Complimenti allo staff!

Von der Organisation des Events bis zur Verpflegung und Betreuung hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Das Personal macht einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck. Das Essen ist sehr gut! Kleine Menü an ausgezeichneten Getränken runden das ganze hervorragend ab. Wir hatten sehr viel Spass und werden sicherlich wieder zurückkehren.

5.3 Jan L. rates on 02.10.22Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Auch wenn wir nur für ein Dessert abends zu Besuch waren, war die Begrüssung herzlich. Der Coup Dänemark war sauber angerichtet gewesen und schmeckte so wie er sein sollte. Der hausgemachte Eistee war super kühl aber etwas fad. Mehr Kräutergeschmack und Süsse wäre besser. Nur weiter so, wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.

The location is immersed in a serene and cosy ambience, the staff is on the cutting edge, and the food, besides being extraordinarily good, is expertly researched, without lapsing into the banality of any gourmet food: it is by no means a foregone conclusion to have a true 'gastronomic experience'. 6 stars only because I cannot give more. We will definitely be back :)

Der Empfang und der ganze weitere Abend war geprägt von einer super Gastfreundschaft. Das Essen war perfekt sehr schmackhaft und exquisit. Das moderne und lockere Konzept und das Essen auf hohem Niveau machen einfach Spass. Alles von A bis Z ist einzigartig. Die Weinkarte gefällt mir besonders gut. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
