Sensationelles Essen und ein super Team. Das Motto “Sie kommen als Gast und gehen als Freund” trifft voll und ganz zu. Zudem waren wir begeistert von den Kärtchen mit dem Beschrieb der Gerichte - tolle Idee!

This combination of extraordinary service which goes beyond every expectation, beautiful Ambiente and excellent food is hard to find. The courses themselves are all very different and special however fit together as in a perfect composition. The entire experience clearly topped several other Michelin star restaurants.

The amuse bouche opened an exciting journey through a slow food menu where a lot of ingredients were previously pickled, cooked for a long time or otherwise in a long process prepared. My favorite was a vegetarian liver praline which had really the consistency of a liver but with a much more complex and refined taste. The whole menu surprised with refined regional products combined to a wonderful tasting experience. The way the food was prepared reminded me of molecular kitchen even though much more straight forward. Very special.

One of the best dining experiences we have had in Switzerland— Attentive service, accommodating of our baby, custom cocktail made to pair with dessert, beautiful presentation, incredible diversity of ingredients, beautiful view.
