La cucina è straordinaria, in continua evoluzione, caratterizzata da sapori e abbinamenti ricercati, ma allo stesso tempo semplici al palato. Durante la cena lo chef presenta tutti i suoi piatti ed è a disposizione per spiegare cosa, secondo lui, li caratterizza. Anche la location è curata in ogni dettaglio, con passione. Trascorrere una serata presso Chesa Stüva COLANI è sempre un piacere!

5.3 Ludovico G. rates on 02.08.19I’ve been to Chesa Colani several times and every time I have to say it’s a great experience. The waiters are all very professional and they all speak Italian, German and English fluently. The ambiance is very nice and particular, with many design furniture, but at the same time you can feel the connection with the mountains: the outer environment . The food is great, using many local ingredients. Everything is home made, even the bread. The desserts are incredibly delicious and they are made by the chef himself. The chef has an artistic talent which is evident in every dish he creates; they are authentic pieces of art. They wine list is very nice and has a huge selection.

Der Chef persönlich hat an unserem Tisch das Filet aus dem Mantel befreit und zugeschnitten! Echt ein Erlebnis. Das Fleisch war butterzart. Der Service dürfte noch zulegen. Z.B. Das nachfragen oder Gläser nachfüllen.
